  I took my car here first because as I called shops to diagnose a problem with a clutches. Of the six shops I called, only two would even look at it, Rob's was one. The other shop said something like, "sure bring it in and we'll … More drive it around as see if we can figure it out.". Rob's said something like, "Yes, we will work on that. We'd like to have it a couple of days to see if we can replicate the problem." They had it three days, put about 30 miles on it but could not replicate the problem. They also performed a multi-point inspection at no charge and identified some maintenance issues I can take care of, still no charge. Their inspection revealed a potential issue that required more that a cursory inspection. Before proceeding, they contacted me for approval before proceeding. They provided a detailed explanation of the problem they found. It was something I can correct myself. No hard sell. The cost of the further investigation was quite reasonable. Cheyanne is amazing. She organized and reorganized the reports she prepared in a timely and concise manner. She is very knowledgeable and conveyed information in a professional manner. Ironically, I was able to correct the clutch problem myself. I will return there in the future if I encounter problems I cannot / do not want to repair. Thanx, Rob's. Edit: After replacing the clutches, the initial problem persisted. After 265k miles, the clutches were ready for replacement. Jim called around to "some buddies who are transmission guys". "We" determines the problem was the TCU. This id something I can purchase and replace myself. They were happy for me to do that. My transmission works great. Again, Thanx Rob's!

They offer a super long warranty with their work, and take the time needed to determine what the actual problem is!!! Hands down they need 10 star rating from what I have seen! Cheyenne end up being the one taking care of my car, she performed the oil change, the inspection and also replaced the brake fluid on my car. All of that only took less than half a day. My car is running smoothly.They are friendly, straight forward, not pushy and they definitely now what they are doing. They are now my preferred shop in town and I’m looking forward to keep bringing my car to them.

  I'm late to review Rob's, as they took care of me back in August, but these guys are amazing!!! Carter was the main employee I spoke with over the phone and he was phenomenal. He also came in on his day off to make sure I had … More my car secured in a safe place until they opened. Corey also really helped when I came in personally and by going through some paperwork to ensure I wasn't being screwed over by the company I had been going to the last several years (which it turned out i kind of had been). Carter and Corey worked together to find me the best ways to handle the situation and have me honest suggestions without making me feel manipulated into paying for maintenance through they're company - they were there to help and make sure that I was safe while driving my vehicle. While being very professional and knowledgeable, they went up and beyond what I could have hoped for. The company understands that life happens and they do everything (within reason) to work with your time and budget to make sure that their clients are well taken care of and that the work that they do is thorough and accurate.I HIGHLY suggest using Rob's Automotive for your vehicle needs because of their honesty, hard work and their excellent customer service.Thank you again, especially Carter and Corey, for helping me get through a rough time with my little car and helping me feel confident that I made the right choices on how to handle my car issues.
