He also came in on his day off to make sure I had … More my car secured in a safe place until they opened. Corey also really helped when I came in personally and by going through some paperwork to ensure I wasn't being screwed over by the company I had been going to the last several years (which it turned out i kind of had been). Carter and Corey worked together to find me the best ways to handle the situation and have me honest suggestions without making me feel manipulated into paying for maintenance through they're company - they were there to help and make sure that I was safe while driving my vehicle. While being very professional and knowledgeable, they went up and beyond what I could have hoped for. The company understands that life happens and they do everything (within reason) to work with your time and budget to make sure that their clients are well taken care of and that the work that they do is thorough and accurate.I HIGHLY suggest using Rob's Automotive for your vehicle needs because of their honesty, hard work and their excellent customer service.Thank you again, especially Carter and Corey, for helping me get through a rough time with my little car and helping me feel confident that I made the right choices on how to handle my car issues. I will absolutely be coming back!

Highly recommend this shop for their professionality and care they put into their work, they even gave me a free service that would've otherwise costed me over $200. I can't recommend this shop enough! shout out to Carter for being a real G and accommodating my constant calling for updates hahaha

  This shop is well managed and provided an extensive and thorough evaluation of my vehicle. My car is 20 years old and well worn. I came to Rob’s for a free brake inspection and got an ICU (intensive car unit) analysis.I will likely not … More proceed with the repair which is worth more $ than my car is worth but I have 2 other vehicles I would NOT hesitate to take to this shop. I can only assume that the estimate was fair.The customer service was excellent, one of the best experiences I have had with communication and attentiveness. My car took a long time to repair due to parts being delayed over the holidays. If I didn't have access to a vehicle that really could have put a wrench in my paycheck to paycheck lifestyle but I am fortunate and did have access to another vehicle so 5/5, no harm no foul.
