After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off

Need to leave your vehicle outside of business hours? No problem.
Our secure after-hours system makes it easy and safe to drop off your car when it’s convenient for you.

Here’s how it works:

Park your vehicle in our designated drop-off area.
Fill out the After-Hours Drop Form located at our front door (or print it from our website).
Place your keys in the provided secure drop box.
We’ll contact you first thing the next business day to confirm your details and begin diagnostics or service.

It’s quick, safe, and ensures your repair process starts promptly the next morning.

Emergency Towing Assistance

If your vehicle is disabled and can’t be driven safely, we can help arrange towing to our facility.

We partner with trusted local towing companies who provide 24-hour service throughout Clackamas and nearby communities, including:

Happy Valley
Milwaukie
Oregon City
Southeast Portland

Just contact the towing provider directly or call our shop during regular hours to coordinate.

Once your vehicle arrives, we’ll secure it in our gated facility and contact you as soon as our team is available to begin diagnostics.

What to Do If You’re Stranded

If your vehicle breaks down unexpectedly, follow these safety steps:

Pull over safely to the side of the road, away from traffic.
Turn on your hazard lights and stay inside your vehicle if you’re near traffic lanes.
Call for roadside assistance or towing.
Once your vehicle is towed to our facility, drop the keys in our after-hours box (if outside business hours).
Leave a voicemail or submit a message through our online contact form — we’ll reach out as soon as we reopen.
